How It Works
From URL to removal.
Simple process. Serious execution. Here is exactly what happens after you send the link, what we do at each step, and what we need from you.
- 1,500+Reddit cases handled
- 1,200+Posts & comments addressed
- 150+Communities & subreddit matters
- 90%+Client satisfaction rate
- 24–48 hrsAverage case assessment
- 12+ yearsReddit removal experience
The process
Six steps. Nothing hidden.
At every step you know what we are doing, what we need from you and how long it usually takes.
- 01
Submit
You send the link. We open your case.
- What we do
- We confirm your email with a one-time code, create your case and give you a private client portal to follow it.
- What you do
- Paste the Reddit URL and tell us in a line or two what is wrong.
- How long
- About two minutes
- 02
Assess
We read it in context and tell you honestly where it stands.
- What we do
- We read the content in context: who posted it, where, when, what it says and how it has spread. We check it against the current Reddit Rules, the community's own rules and, where relevant, the law.
- What you do
- Nothing, unless we ask a question. You can add context or screenshots in the portal.
- How long
- Average assessment: 24 to 48 hours
- 03
Document
We capture the evidence before it changes.
- What we do
- Content can be edited or deleted within hours, so we capture it first: permalinks, dated screenshots, usernames and cross-posts. For multi-URL cases this becomes one inventory.
- What you do
- Upload anything that helps: screenshots, dates, links to related posts.
- How long
- Alongside the assessment
- 04
Strategise
We choose the route that fits the facts.
- What we do
- Moderators, a Reddit report under a specific rule, the privacy route, a DMCA notice, an appeal, or a legal route that needs a lawyer. The wrong route is the most common reason a removal fails. You get a clear recommendation and a fee quote before any work starts. Nothing is due upfront.
- What you do
- Read the recommendation, ask questions and approve the plan.
- How long
- Before any work starts
- 05
Pursue
We file one precise request in the right place.
- What we do
- We prepare a short, specific, evidenced request that quotes the rule and makes the reviewer's decision easy, and file it once, where it belongs.
- What you do
- Nothing to pay. There are no upfront fees.
- How long
- Depends on the route
- 06
Follow up
We track the decision and tell you what comes next.
- What we do
- We track the response and tell you the next step: resubmit with stronger evidence, escalate through another route, or stop if there is no realistic path.
- What you do
- Watch the status in your portal. You are invoiced only once the content is removed.
- How long
- Reddit does not publish response times
Pay after removal
You pay only when it is removed.
We do not charge upfront. You pay for the result, not for the attempt.
No upfront fees
Submitting a case, the assessment and our fee quote cost you nothing.
Quote first
You see the fee in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises later.
Invoice after removal
Once the content is removed, your invoice appears in your client portal. If it is not removed, you owe nothing for the removal.
Who decides
Four routes. One decision maker each.
Reddit and community moderators make the final decision on every request. Our job is to choose the right route and make the case clearly.
-
Community moderators
Volunteers who enforce each subreddit's own rules. They act fastest on content that breaks those rules: off-topic posts, self-promotion, personal attacks, wrong flair.
-
Reddit administrators
Staff who enforce the sitewide Reddit Rules: harassment, private information, impersonation, content that breaks the law. Reports are reviewed against a specific rule.
-
Formal notices
Copyright takedowns (DMCA) for material you own, and privacy requests. These follow a set format, and a flawed notice is simply rejected.
-
Appeals
Sitewide suspensions are appealed to Reddit's administrators. A ban from a single community is appealed to that community's moderators.

Our methods
Public routes first. Proprietary methods when they are not enough.
Most removals start with the routes above. For the cases they do not solve, we use a few proprietary methods: our own playbooks for removing posts, comments, subreddits, accounts and multi-URL matters, built and refined over 12+ years of Reddit removal work.
We keep the details private, because they are what clients hire us for. What we can tell you is how we work: every case gets a plain-language plan, and our methods never involve fake accounts, vote manipulation, threats or trying to identify anonymous users.
What to know
- Built over 12+ years of Reddit-only work
- Used on posts, comments, subreddits, accounts and multi-URL cases
- Applied after the assessment shows a realistic route
- Never fake accounts, vote manipulation, threats or unmasking anonymous users

To get started
What we need from you.
- The Reddit link, or links, exactly as they appear in your browser.
- What is wrong with it, in a sentence or two: false claim, private details, harassment, copied work, impersonation.
- Your connection to it: you, your business, a family member, a client.
- When you first saw it, and anything you have already tried.
- Screenshots or dates if the content may be edited or deleted.
What we do
- Assess the content against Reddit’s rules, the community’s rules and the law.
- Prepare the evidence a reviewer needs.
- Use moderators, reports, privacy requests, DMCA and appeals.
- Follow up until there is a decision.
- Say so plainly when a request has no valid basis.
What we never do
- Use fake accounts or buy votes.
- Threaten moderators or users.
- Try to identify anonymous users.
- Ask for your Reddit password.
- Promise an outcome only Reddit can decide.
Before you hire anyone
Six red flags in a Reddit removal service.
-
They guarantee removal.
Reddit and community moderators make the decision. No outsider controls it, so a guarantee is a sales line.
-
They ask for your Reddit password.
Never share it with anyone. A legitimate service works through public reporting and appeal routes.
-
They use fake accounts or vote manipulation.
It breaks Reddit's rules, it can get your own account banned, and it can make things worse.
-
They promise a "secret trick" but give no plan.
Methods can be proprietary, but you should still get a clear plan: the route, the rule and the evidence.
-
There is no assessment and no written quote.
You should know what is realistic, and what it costs, before any work starts.
-
They want you to pay before anything is done.
You carry all the risk. We charge no upfront fees and invoice only after removal.

Questions
How it works, answered.
Do you charge upfront?
No. There are no upfront fees. You see our fee in writing before any work starts, and you pay only after the content has been removed. Your invoice then appears in your client portal.
How will I know the content has been removed?
Reddit does not delete pages or show a "page not found" error. The address keeps loading and shows a removal notice instead of the content. A post shows a notice such as "[removed]", "Removed by moderator", "Removed by Reddit's filters" or "Removed by legal team". A comment shows "[removed]". A banned subreddit shows that the community has been banned. A banned user's profile stays online, with the username shown as "[deleted]" on its posts and comments. We confirm the result to you, normally with a dated screenshot in your client portal.
What are your proprietary methods?
They are our own playbooks for removing posts, comments, subreddits, accounts and multi-URL matters, refined over 12+ years of Reddit-only work. We keep the details private, because they are what clients hire us for. They never involve fake accounts, vote manipulation, threats or trying to identify anonymous users, and every case still gets a plain-language plan.
How long does a Reddit removal take?
Our average case assessment takes 24 to 48 hours. After that it depends on the route: clear privacy or safety violations tend to move faster than disputed reputation content, which can take longer and may need more than one submission. Reddit does not publish typical response times, so we give you a realistic view after the assessment, not a promise before it.
What do you need from me to start?
The Reddit link and a line on what is wrong. Screenshots, dates and links to related posts help, and you can add them in your client portal at any time.
Will you contact the person who posted it?
No. We work through moderators, Reddit's reporting and appeal routes, and formal notices. We never try to identify anonymous users.
Can I follow my case?
Yes. Your private client portal shows the status of your case, our messages, invoices and any files. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, with no password to remember.
What if the content cannot be removed?
We tell you plainly, with the reason. Honest criticism and opinion often stay on Reddit. Where there is no valid route, we say so before any work starts, and explain what else you can do. Because you pay only after removal, you owe nothing for a removal we did not achieve.
Do I need to give you my Reddit password?
No. Never share your password with anyone, including us.
